Today I was able to go home after regular hours, which is rare for me, so I stopped by the liquor store in the department store and got some sake from a volunteer brewery unit in Aomori Prefecture😍The other day I looked at the liquor store on my way to my parents' house for care and got some Shiki Gekijo, so I am looking forward to future dinners...but my wife finally got mad at me because there was more sake in the refrigerator👹. Too much! She said 👹.
This is the third bottle of Kaze no Mori I've acquired.
This time it's Akitsuho 807!
Made from 100% Akitsuho rice grown in Nara Prefecture
Polishing ratio 80
Alcohol content 16%.
Sake meter degree - Acidity
The aroma is strong after opening the bottle!
Come on! Love! It's thick!
It smells like a mix of rich melon and banana, and I think this smells better after 3 days or more!
Light slight bubbles in the glass, this went away after the second day!
The palate is smooth and fruity on the tongue, but the mouthfeel is smooth.
But you know, after 3 days or more, this texture will become a bit thicker on the tongue😍.
I think this wine is better after 3 days or even 5 days than right after opening the bottle! In a word, more fullness! I think 🤔.
I hardly notice any bitterness, just a lingering taste as it goes down my throat 🤔.
