Next, Hana no Kaori "Sakurabana" 50% polished Junmai Daiginjo🍶.
This one also felt a bit stiff on the day of opening, so we decided to wait a few days.
The initial aroma was sweet with a hint of wooden vat.
In the mouth, there is a gentle sweetness with a hint of umami.
It also seems to be very smooth and clean.
It was a well-balanced daiginjo.
It was delicious 🍶✨.
The third picture shows the store attached to the brewery.
There was a bottle of Yamada Nishiki Ninonjo on the shelf, but I preferred the Hozu so I passed it up 😌.

Hi, Matsuchiyo 😃.
It's nice to be able to stop by a brewery on your trip 🤗.
I zoomed in 🔍 to see what's in the picture of the fridge and there's the birthplace! I had to look 😁.
The flower scent looks delicious too 😋.

Hi Matsuchiyo😊
Hana no Kaori is now sold only in Kumamoto prefecture, so I envy you buying in bulk! I bought some Sakurabana the other day. It's even better if you wait a few days 😳I drank it right away last time so I'll wait next time👍.

Hi J & N 🌞.
I would have bought it if you had Hozasu in stock 😆.
Hana no Kaori was the best with Kikka being the sweetest flavor 😊.

Hello Tsukitate-san 🌞!
Tsukitate-san, you're in Fukuoka, so you can go buy it right away if you stretch your legs a bit 😆.
Just wait a couple of days and it will be open✨.
