This is the first time for me to taste Shiga's Golden Tortoise.

In the mouth, it has a juicy sweetness and richness like golden sugar candy.
Perhaps it is because all the rice is squeezed out of wooden vats, but it is very clean for a rice polishing ratio of 80.
