Sake meter degree -3, Acidity 1.5 (reference) Fat: 5/24, bottle opened 6/13 Recently posted by J&N and Manta 😊. It seems to be a limited edition. It's a limited edition sake, brewed with the intention of being enjoyed with food. I can feel the smoothness on my tongue when I put it in my mouth.... I really like the way the sweetness isn't brought to the forefront and it has a nice sharpness to it! I'd like to try the others... Delicious! Fourth photo I am posting this while on a business trip to Shizuoka 🚅. I usually buy a shioumai bento from Sakiyoken for lunch, but today it was all about the shellfish 🦪! Delicious 😊.
