Third day of the silver wedding trip After enjoying the Hakubi Line drinking train, we went to Kurashiki. I'll make love to you again We had a little extra time because the Ohara Museum of Art was closed for the day. So, we decided to get into some adult shenanigans... I was hungry, so I took a limited express train and a shinkansen (bullet train) to Himeji. I had ekisoba on the local train platform (650 yen) with sweet and spicy beef stew! Ekisoba noodles here are made of Chinese noodles, but they are very smooth and easy to eat. Then, I hurriedly turned around to catch the last Nozomi from Okayama! But when I see it at the store, I buy it 😅. Kozutsuru Yamahai Junmai A sake brewery near the famous Yobe railway bridge In the train of Sanyo Shinkansen Hikari bound for Okayama It takes less than 30 minutes to arrive at the destination, so I'll go on without a word of silliness! The aroma reminds me of the unique sourness of Yamahai sake! When you sip it, the star of the show is the delicious acidity. There is also a full-bodied sweetness derived from grains. The lingering aftertaste is also very short... Well, it tastes like it's from the Sea of Japan side 😊.
