The one I forgot to post yesterday (Sake Day).
Bekkaku is a sake that was released from a project by Hakutsuru's young employees. The project started by raising funds through crowdfunding, right?
The first series of 4-pack bottles were expensive and hard to get hold of, so I'm happy to see a small bottle.
There was also a sparkling in the same series, but it was treated as a liqueur, so I passed on it this time.
It seems that they use a special yeast, so it has a unique aroma like herbs. I guess you could call it lemongrass-like. It's sweet and sour, with a fruity freshness.
It doesn't have much of a sake feeling.
I wish more stores would carry it.
I tried to take a new picture, but I couldn't get a good one.

Good evening 🌆
Does it look like a herb? I imagined muscat as 🍇 from this green.

Ane-san Good evening😸
According to the official website, it was inspired by the scent of lemongrass. I'm not sure if this is a good idea or not. I'm not sure if it's a good idea or not, but it's a good idea.

Hello bouken, good evening ⭐️!
I've never seen this before 🤩 Beautiful bottle ☘️.
It's also 7% alu❗️Perhaps it's aimed at a wider audience🤔.
I wish they had more of these... I'd definitely buy one if I could find one ✌️😆.
