Sogapère Effice Sakeerotique Numéroin (Yeast No.1) Ingredients: Rice, Rice malt Rice polishing ratio: 59 Alcohol content: 16 100% Miyamanishiki from Nagano Prefecture Manufactured in February 2022 The bottle was opened after three years of storage in our refrigerator. It is corked, so it has been left on its side for a long time. We brought the next Sogape the other day 😄. Opened without difficulty with a wine opener. It is about medium-bodied? It is rather acidic. My wife said, "Is this a white wine? But it tastes like alcohol, and it's 16 degrees, but it's delicious 😋. I'll let the next one sleep for 3 years 😁.
