I haven't recovered from a cold yet, but I accidentally opened it...
A sparkling wine from Tedorigawa, the male of Hokuriku. The aroma is fresh banana. And it's a blue banana. The gasiness is of course strong.
The sweetness is moderate and the acidity is a bit strong. Dry!
After the acidity disappears, a gentle umami flavor lingers in the aftertaste. A pleasant finish.
Both Tedorigawa and Yoshida Kurau are my favorite sake here. I can only drink good sake with low alcohol content...

After your illness, it's a period of acclimation with low alcohol 😊.
Maybe you will be able to drink as you recover 😉.
Take it easy 😷.
