In fact, my mother-in-law brought this sake to the Naniwa Yodogawa Fireworks Festival a long time ago for the sake run.
It is indeed a famous sake! It's really good, isn't it?
It was probably twice-brewed, as it did not lose any of its flavor after drinking it last night (9/29).
And it is notable that it is probably R2BY (or maybe just R1BY?). It is also noteworthy that despite the R2BY (or maybe even R1BY?), I could not feel any sense of maturity.
It must have been well managed.
Here is a quote from SAKE TIMES
It has a mild ginjo aroma and a honey-like image of flowers. In the mouth, the balance between the beautiful umami of the rice and the tight acidity is exquisite.
It has a silky taste with no hint of a tangy flavor. When served cold, it does not give the impression of Yamahai.
There are many comments on the web that are not very reliable (kora), but this is what SAKE TIMES is all about!
It's exactly as it should be!
The only thing I would like to add is the "silky" part.
I guess it means "silky and smooth on the tongue," but I think it was more like a "classic and correct sake" taste.
It was a great sake that had both silky and rugged qualities.

Hello, Sakaeran!
When I hear "Yamahai", I'm a little nervous about how much of a kick it will give me, but this one looks so easy to drink and delicious!

Mr. Sakaeran
Good evening! I've been drinking Yukino Kayasha for a long time, but I think this Yamahai Junmai is the best.
I think it is the best! It is also very cost-effective and goes well with any kind of food!

That's exactly right!
I thought it was the depth of nostalgia that accepts any kind of partner (food), or the quality of sake that has a straight line and is not a beauty on all sides!
