Looks like Sugihara Sake Brewery has also started brewing this season✨ I hope to drink a lot of Chiyonohana this season!
No more nigori releases from Junmai Ginjo 😭 Still, I bought 4 bottles of Jun Dai alone so I was able to fully enjoy it👍
It's juicy and the most fancy one 😋.
The brewery also sells a lot of sake-kasu related items such as sweets, breads, bean buns, etc. 🍞.
