Finally, the snow has settled down and we have a break in the snow. Today, a national holiday, the weather was good during the day for the first time in a long time, and we were expanding the area that had been minimally plowed while the children played in the snow 😁.
Well, last Sunday, my siblings gathered at my parents' house and we all had a potluck party 🍲.
It's been a while since I've had a light drink with my dad, so he brought out some sake for us to share 🍶.
Kurobe Gorge Junmai Ginjo 55.
One of my dad's former business associates now lives in Toyama and sends us sake from Toyama several times a year 🥰.
It has a fruity rice aroma, a mild, clear sweetness and full-bodied taste, and a gently sweet aftertaste.
Personally, I feel that the water quality of the sake is like that of a drunken environment.
I feel the sweetness is similar to "Haneya", maybe it is evidence of the delicious water from the Tateyama mountain range, although the land is far away 🤔.
This time I followed Ane-san's example and took a one-handed shot of a bottle, but if you think about it, I'm grabbing it from above💦.
The third photo was taken when the snowfall was at its peak.
The fourth picture is the result of shoveling snow with my smartwatch set to muscle training, which is about the same load as a slow walk ✨.
