The sake is shrieking from the moment the bottle is opened, but it doesn't overflow. It's like an automatic stirrer.
When you put it in your mouth, it's a strong shwash. The yogurt flavor is even stronger this year.
The sweetness is stronger than the usual Hirotogawa, but the kind of sweetness is full of Hirotogawa's character.
The sweetness is combined with the umami flavor, making it creamy, shwashy, and dry without a sticky aftertaste.
It is a perfect bottle of sake. It is not enough to raise a white flag on both hands and feet.
When I started to like Hirotogawa, my quality of life improved when I was told here that Hirotogawa has a muddy taste.
By the way, has the Hirotogawa River become muddy in the fall? I don't think I saw any last year.
