I bought my first Gokotsuru at a liquor store I'd never heard of before!
I never get tired of seeing liquor stores that are rooted in the community! After much deliberation, I chose Mikotsuru Junmai Ginjo Suwa Miyamanishiki!
The aroma was very fresh and refreshing, and when I took a sip, it was crisp and clean with apple-like sweetness and refreshing acidity!
It was a very drinkable and enjoyable bottle!
