We welcomed the purple Kinmon-nishiki and silver Hitogochi 🥰 that we had been saving a little for this occasion, and the rare Aizan Daiginjo, which was a little late, but we were able to align and compare 🎉.
Aichi strawberries and cream cheese, mekabu, pork shabu and levanilla. For the main course, we had sea bream that was on sale at a discount, so we carefully prepared a bouillabaisse and added shrimp to make a risotto and welcomed three bottles 😍.
The Aizan is the most delicious of the three 😋 The flavor and aroma of the rice is mellow, which you can tell when you compare the two. The aroma and flavor of the rice is mellow, which is evident when comparing the two wines.
The purple Kinmonnishiki was astringent, while the silver stood out for its bitterness and spiciness. Even though it is aerated, the fresh sweet aroma seems to be gone since it has been aged for a while.
Huh? What is the difference between bitterness and astringency? I think, it's hard to describe in words💦, but all three bottles had an exquisite sweet and bitter taste that carried through and I ended up drinking too much 🥰.
Impressions of the alcoholic beverages by themselves are in charge of shinsaku3💕.

Hi Pekho 😃
Bitter and astringent... I understand but it's hard to describe 😅we find Aizan a bit... too rich 🤔but when we match it with a meal, the bitterness disappears! It's really interesting but difficult to describe 😇
