TAKA2In March, I continued to drink the 11 breweries (6 in Kyoto and 5 in Aichi) that I used for the nameplates on the seats at my daughter's wedding reception. I took the liberty of tying them to the 11 breweries and drinking them. Now that it is over, we can drink new sake without any restrictions from now on. I had been drinking 500 ml bottles of Aozora, but today I drank a full bottle, so I was able to drink until I was satisfied. Aozora was delicious as always.
