デューク澁澤

A souvenir bought by a junior employee of my company on his way back to Japan for GW.
It is a Junmai sake from Bijoujou.
The aroma is nice.
It has a fresh fruit-like aroma.
It has sweetness, acidity, and a hint of umami.
It has a straightforward taste.
It is not a "Kochi" impression, but a moderate and tasty sake,
By the way, we drank it at my daughter's apartment 😎.

Good morning, Duke 😊I also hear Kochi, I think of a gutsy type of sake, but it's a fruity one ✨I see you had a fun GW with your grandkids 😉.

Good morning, Duke Shibuya 😃.
I see you have a junior member from Tosa, the sake capital of Japan: ❗️
I want to drink the fruity Miyuou too 😊.

Thank you for your comment, Yukachin. 🙇♂️ When I think of Kochi, I think of drunken whale, but this Bikuyo (which apparently means "handsome") was a beautiful sake, just like its name.

Good morning, Chichi.
It looks like my junior's wife is in Kochi.
Actually, I drank too much Shaoxing wine at my senior's farewell party last night, and then I drank Bishou after I got home, so I don't remember uploading this 😢.
