Inspired by the post of a very envious person who has his roots in Kawagoe, I managed to get the sake I wanted. To my surprise, I found it at a certain store in Osaka! I tasted Tenranzan Aki-agari at Koedo-Kura-ri and enjoyed it so much that I bought it along with Aki-agari. This one has a very soft, watery mouthfeel, and the complexity of the flavor gradually spreads out. The spiciness may be because I'm used to super spiciness and I'm numb to it, but it feels moderate. I recommend heating it up to deepen its richness and make it more delicious, but I would recommend drinking it cold to bring out the subtle acidity and balance. Of course, warming it up also gives it a beautiful texture and makes it more delicious. Today we went to Kamigata Onsen Ikkyu near the Expo site! Then we took a break at Yodogawa and ran to a sake store. I'm going to open a new bottle when it gets colder!

Good morning, Shinsho 😊. Very river rooted,,, I have a little idea what you mean😅. I didn't know there was a store in Osaka that handles Tenranzan👍. I'm looking forward to getting the Autumn Agari as well.

Hello.... I think you have a pretty good idea of what I'm talking about. I think there are more than half of the postings in Kawagoe I'm glad that I wanted to take my time drinking Tenranzan Aki-agari! I was surprised to see Saitama sake in Kansai, because it is hard to find other than Shinkame.

Hello Shinjo 😃 I looked closer and I see you're Haretoke 😁. Personally, I'd like to see them sell Igarashi from the same brewery, but I heard the owner doesn't like the glamorous type 🤔.

Hello... I can understand even without a sign. I'll try to make it a little more difficult next time I stop by. I'm afraid that you seem to be very particular about this store, even though it's for me. It would be easier to enter if it were more or less gorgeous.
