Happy New Year!
My family caught the flu at the end of the year, so we had a lonely New Year's without any New Year's dishes at home.
My first sake of the year was Nishinoseki from Oita, because I wanted to drink hot sake. I bought this one at a convenience store on a business trip. I liked the retro label.
It's not too sweet, but it's refreshing, and this is the best way to warm up sake.
I'm looking forward to another year of drinking sake.
