The aroma when the bottle is opened is soft and sweet. It is expected to have a moist flavor.
When you take a sip, it has a very round mouthfeel.
The full-bodied sweetness spreads smoothly on the tongue. It is not too sweet, but its spread is not thin, and the sake has a thick texture. A slight hint of acidity behind the sweetness.
The aftertaste is a light sweetness that spreads quickly in the mouth, but the lingering aftertaste quickly fades away, making you want to continue drinking the next cup. It is a sake that can be savored slowly.

Polishing ratio 50%, low alcohol content of 13 degrees. It is my favorite sake and I am addicted to it.
