マナチーWhere were the rumors last year? Morishima's Miyamanishiki is right on time this year, thanks to ‼️ Nice lychee type aroma! Sweet and juicy! A hint of sweetness like a young melon! The mineral content of this year's Miyamanishiki is quite high. As the temperature rises, a fruity acidity like green apple and sweetness also appear. In general, there is a strong nuance of astringency, but the Miyamanishiki character comes out well 😆. It's junmai, but it's not that heavy, and the refreshing acidity and moderate gassiness make for a refreshing and tasty drink. I wonder if there will be a Junmai Ginjo as well 🥺? The fourth picture is the one that is often seen on the internet these days that Mongolian noodle with natto topping is good 🍜🤣I tried it and found out that it was already popular about 5 years ago, I didn't know that 🙄. By the way, this natto seems to be a popular natto in Mito and you can find a lot of this natto in supermarkets everywhere you go 🫘.
