兄貴Always stable YAMORI........open the bottle.......it's alive! The aroma is fruity♪ The Hachitan-Nishiki has a nice acidity from sweetness and bitterness...and a sharpness! This is it, this is it! I'm sipping it with some Chiba marlin sashimi and a piece of carp from Nagano Prefecture. Nothing to say...cheers!
