This brewery, which used to specialize in selling Gekkeikan vats, has re-launched this year with its own brand. The yeast, rice, and water are all produced in Kyoto.
It is cloudy like orikarami. The other day, I drank a hi-ire (hi-ire is a kind of muscat flavor) and it has a good balance of sweetness, umami, bitterness and spiciness.
I think it is an all-rounder sake that can be enjoyed on its own or with food.
