Well, it's been a while since I posted this! This was given to me by a Sake lover😊I thought a lot about when to drink it because I didn't want to waste it, but I'll take it when I want to drink it!
The aroma has a sense of apple and rice, which is typical of Kamerei! The aroma is fruity, but also gentle! When you drink it, the sweetness comes quickly, and then it goes right into the bottle without any alcohol feeling. It is very easy to drink! It is very easy to drink! The balance is also good 😊I actually went to see the terraced rice fields last year, so I have an extra sense of familiarity with them, and I think "there is no reason why sake brewed with rice produced in such a place can't be delicious", so this is a really delicious sake (^o^)
