The 8th Japanese Sake Festival at Osaka Bay Tower (11)
Fusashimaya, which was not announced at first, participated only on Saturday. According to Mr. Tokoro, the brewery owner, they were invited suddenly😅.
We drank
Junmai Daiginjyo Nama-no-Genshu
Polishing ratio 45% Yamadanishiki
It is gorgeous, sweet and delicious!
Junmai Unrefined Nama Shu Omachi
Polishing ratio 70%, white malted rice used.
It has a strong acidity, but it is well-balanced without the sourness that white malted rice tends to have.
Usagishin WHITE Unfiltered Nama-shu
Polishing ratio 60%, Gohyakumangoku
It has a gaseous feeling. I think this is also white malted rice, but I'm not sure.
Blue bottle of Junmai Unfiltered Nama-nihonshu
Polishing ratio 65%, Ihyakumangoku, Sake meter value +10
It seems to be a summer type sake. It is dry, but not too spicy and easy to drink.
I bought and drank most of them at Icoma except for the Blue Bottle. I thought it was consistently tasty even after drinking it again!

Mr. Bouken.
Good evening...
Boushimaya is a brand I've never seen or heard of...💦.
Reading your report, it seems that all of them have their own characteristics and it would be fun to compare them 🤩.

Hi Koizo!
I was wondering if there are special dealers all over the country because almost all of the Russian noodle wine kings drink it, but the brewer said that the production volume is low, so there are not many stores where you can buy it 🤔It's interesting that there is a wide range of flavor types 😋.
