bouken
It seems to be the first new sake since the earthquake.
I had not bought it before because I was afraid of the high alcohol content, but I bought it because it was delicious after drinking it at a tasting event held by Icoma-san.
There is no indication on the label, but the rice polishing ratio is written on the bottle, so I guess it is a honjozo?
Unlike the image, it has a floral sweetness. It is light and easy to drink without feeling the alcohol content. This is a dangerous one because it seems to be easy to drink.
It's a bit heavy, but compared to Morinori's Kami-Sen, Kansai Nama-Zume-Genshu, and Kannon-Shita, it feels lighter.
It does have a certain alu-ness to it in the aftertaste, though.
The sake level seems to be about -6.
