The first issue of Shiboritate Nama-nama Sake, by Shiboritate Sake Brewery, is now available! Miyao Shuzo's winter limited edition sake will be released four times until January. 11/11 is Salmon Day. We are proud to present the sake from Murakami, a city famous for salmon, called SNAKEIHARIZURU. (I'm going to buy it anyway...). The aroma is gorgeous and fruity, with a sweet melon-like flavor.
