Yesterday, after work, I went to a Japanese restaurant in Jiyugaoka with my junior colleagues 😘.
This restaurant has an all-you-can-drink pattern with a course and all-you-can-drink sake.
A little expensive? But it's delicious!
The owner runs the restaurant by himself (with one assistant)............................
The first sake of the day was Garakudai Sake from Sado Island. I've had this Tsukishita before!
Gentle sweetness, refreshing.
A little dry?

It goes well with Japanese food.
