Spec d is like a junmai ginjo sake brewed with Nagano yeast D.
The aroma is reminiscent of melon and cherries, and it is full of rich umami. It is full of rich umami flavor. It has a crisp gasiness that can only be achieved by direct pumping, soft mouthfeel, and sweet bitterness... It is supposed to be about medium in density, but it is very light and easy to drink.
It is delicious 😚.
