In the morning the rain stopped, so I went to Sakura Uzumaki Sake Brewery. I bought a bottle of nama-shu and this Sakura-kaze 3-decibel, and moved to a nearby island. I drink while the sea breeze blows. It is under the wisteria trellis with the wisteria flowers still in bloom. It is a sweet sake, so it is a dessert after lunch. It is sweet 😆💕 but for some reason the sourness bothers me! LOL. It's a honey type sweetness, and when I paired it with cheese, the bitterness bothers me, and when I paired it with momiji manju, the sourness bothers me... 💦. I don't care much about pairings, but when I was thinking about what I should pair this sake with, etc., the 3 deci were gone in no time lol.

Hi BEAT, ☀️ This is a quaint brewery! It's great to drink it outdoors when you buy it at the brewery👍 I see they sell momiji manjuu 😆 interesting to match 🤣👍

Good evening, BEAT 😃. It's a building with a cute label and a gap in history 👍This drink is pretty sweet 😋.

Good morning, BEAT. ☀️ Moving to a nearby island 🛳️ is awesome 〰︎❣️ And drinking in the sea breeze sounds so nice 😊♪ I live in a prefecture without a sea, so I long for something like that 🥹✨.

Pon-chan, outside is outside, but it's totally different from drinking in the garden 🎶The momiji manjuu is the one my dad bought at the local supermarket and gave to me when I told him I was going on a field trip lol. It was a nice field trip 🎵

bouken, it felt like a honey type sweetness, but the bitterness afterwards was astringent sourness that made my head bug out lol. As for the warehouse, I got off the station and walked about two kilometers along the rice field road! LOL!

Tsubu-chan, we thought it was an excursion, so we walked from the station to the warehouse, from the warehouse to the sea...we walked so much lol. The island is only 3 minutes away by ferry and there are deer! It was fun 😆.
