兎御殿
This is also a sake that I received as a gift from Kochi at a Mother's Day dinner party 🐰.
Like the drunken whale I mentioned earlier, it is made from rice Gin-no-Yume, with a 50% milling ratio and an Alc of 17.
The label on the back of the bottle shows the lineage of Kochi Prefecture's sake brewing rice, Gin-no-Yume. It is a cross between Yamadanishiki and Hinohikari, which is a food rice ✨.
This sake is also refreshing and free of any unpleasant taste, but compared to the drunken whale I just tasted, I could taste some bitterness in the aftertaste, maybe because the alcohol content is 1 degree higher 🥰.
This is still the best tag team with bonito tataki🎶.
And since it's more drinkable than the drunken whale, it goes really well with the bai clam stew 🥰.

Hi Usagi Goten 😃
I'm interested in this sake but haven't come across it. It looks delicious. I'm a big fan of bonito tataki and bai clam simmered in soy sauce 😆.

Hi Usagoden 😃
I can't stop looking at all the treats: ❗️
I'm seriously drooling 😁.
Bonito and Tosa sake is already a definite top combination 👍.

Hello Rutemi 🐰
I heard that the bai mussels this time of year may have toxins in their salivary glands, so you can buy them cheap, but it's a lot of work 😅 the broth alone is enough to make me want to drink sake💕.

Hi Chichi 🐰
I live in a prefecture without sea, so I'm jealous of the fresh fish in both Kochi and Fukuoka 😻
Sashimi and oden are the best when it comes to sake 🍶💕!
