I have been having some gastrointestinal problems lately and have been cutting back on my drinking until I get my test results. This year I hope to enjoy drinking while taking care of my health💪.
Well, yesterday I had 39 of Kangiku. The aroma is vanilla-like with rice. On the palate, it has a sweetness and a robust flavor. This year it had a rainbow-colored label.
The rice seems to be Omachi. I paired it with sashimi and hors d'oeuvres and it was delicious 😋.
