Hoshizumi was a specious sake that looked like a classic.
Laughing Four Seasons is a popular brand, or is it just a tasting of Sensation? There were only open bottles of Sensation sake and nothing for sale.
I got the impression that they mainly sell wine and don't rotate sake, or that most of the sake was slightly out of date. The Instagram was mostly about wine too.
Sweet and fruity on the palate.
It's clean and free of any unwanted nuances. It has a strawberry and banana-like taste.
