I've never seen Gakki Masamune before, so I bought it right away!
It's the first daiginjo to use a yeast from a musical instrument brand, so we opened it right away🎉.
The aroma is gorgeous and fruity, with a slight sourness to start. It's also a great way to start the day with a little bit of acidity.
It's a good price for a daiginjo that's in the exhibit specs, but it's still as good as ever! It was another delicious gakki😋.
