Next is Hakutsuru, the developer of Hakutsuru Nishiki. The Hakutsuru Nishiki is the culmination of the Tamba Touji's own rice and water from the Rokko mountain range. I wanted to say Tamba Touji in my post ‼️ like someone who knows sake 😁. I don't at all, so here's my brief impression. The smooth taste and fruity aroma is nice. But I think it is lighter than Amego no Tsuki. Both are delicious, but the one with the stronger rice flavor was more drinkable 😋. Thank you for the treat, my friend 😊.

Good evening Mr. Wakata😃. I've been wanting to try this sake 😁. I heard online that it's a perfect copy of Jikin Hakutsuru Nishiki 🤔. But for some reason I find the moon after rain more appealing 😅

Good evening, bouken😃If I had known about the Hakutsuru Nishiki of Jikkyo before drinking ⁉️, I would have tried harder to taste it 😭But I guess I don't feel the Jikkyo feeling 💦I guess I have a stupid tongue 💦I guess the supermarket-available feeling of Hakutsuru doesn't make it feel like Jikkyo. ⁉️
