Garyubai, which I had the impression was spicy when I drank it in the past.
I had never seen sparkling sake before.
I drank
Junmai Daiginjo Kaihon Jyurika
Aiyama's sake with a 45% rice polishing ratio. I think it tasted sweet and gorgeous. I have never seen such a sake sold.
SPARKLING ROSE
It was sweet and sour. It's hard to finish a sparkling wine of this size unless there are a lot of people around💦.
I wish it was 300ml.
SPARKLING Nouveau
It was a fresh new sparkling wine.
It was like champagne as well as rosé.
As an aside, I wonder if it was the president of Garyubai. The guy who served us drinks had a cool watch, an EDOX Chrono Offshore 1.
I've never seen anyone wearing one before. I think it was a sporty and austere choice.

I would have liked to go even more if I could meet Garyubai sparkling and if there were rare sake 😅.
