🕊️ Ingredients: rice (domestic), rice koji (domestic) Rice used: 100% Kuranohana from Miyagi Prefecture Rice polishing ratio: 44 Alcohol content: 16%. Adieu. I'm on the izakaya shinkansen 🚅 from Sendai. It's an hour to Omiya, so I have to drink quickly. Yeah, I can afford it 😆. I chose Komachi thinking it would be as spacious as the green car since it has four rows, but it's just a narrow car. Sorry, I chose Komachi because I wanted to have a sticky reaction. There is a businessman next to me who looks like he is on his way back from a business trip, but I don't care, I'm just drinking (a small bottle!). I'm on my way back from a business trip, too. I'm on my way back from a business trip, too. I mean, if they sell sake at the station, I wish they would have put a cup on it. I've never tasted anything like it. Is it the characteristics of the rice? It has the refinement of a junmai daiginjo, but it is quite rich and delicious, which is the perfect description. It doesn't come across as sweet or bitter. I enjoy it with sasakama. By the way, the souvenir sweets are sesame-slice dumplings and Kamome no Tamago's limited chestnut flavor, all from Iwate 😅I like them both. The second picture is a limited edition briety rice bowl at Aobatei in Sendai station. It is filled with slices of beef tongue😍The last time I came here, they were sold out, so this time I took the bullet train one train earlier and got in line before they opened (lol). I want to come to Sendai slowly. I want to visit Iwate and Aomori too. I want to spend about 2 weeks touring Tohoku.

Ane-san, please excuse my comment. I am so happy to hear that you want to come to Sendai slowly and that Hakurakusei is delicious. I'm so glad I'm from Sendai 😊. Sendai is not really a hometown, but I hope you will enjoy Sendai in all its variety 🙇.

Good morning, Choroki 😃. I had blue 🟦 and red 🟥 but it was a four-pack bottle so I couldn't drink it on the bullet train 😅Great memory!

Good morning, Swissisun 😊. My work is about 45 minutes by cab from Sendai station, so it's too hectic to relax. Next time I come here, I want to stay and play on my own expense before I leave 😁.
