Another bottle this time.
This is Kaygetsu Nigori.
A Kaygetsu salesman came to the basement Japanese and Western-style sake department during the Niigata Sake Festival held at Abeno Harukas, and we tasted this bottle.
It is served cold.
It has a silky cloudy color.
The nose has green apple, green melon, and pear nuances.
Smooth on the palate,
The aroma of green melon and pear gives it a refreshingly fruity taste, while the taste of lactic acid beverage with a moderate sweetness can be lightly sensed. The bitter taste of nigori gives it a refreshing aftertaste.
It's delicious when well chilled.
This sake is made with CEL24 yeast,
It has the effect of nigori (bitterness).
It is not too sweet and fruity, but has a dry impression.
The ori is strained once, and the fine ori is added in a quantity that does not make it too heavy, making it easy to drink 👍.
It was fun to compare different types of Kaygetsu 💕

Hi Hirupeko, good evening 😃Katsuragi nigori is one of the bottles I was curious about but never got around to it. But when I look at these reviews and think about it calmly, I realize that it's cel24 and nigori, which are the only elements I like 😆 I regret why I didn't buy it at that time 😭.

Good morning, Wakata-san. I see you were aiming for the ☀️ Kaygetsu nigori. It is a dryer cal24 than Kameizumi, so you can drink it in no time at all.

Good morning, Peco 🐥.
I like CEL24, I have nothing but love for it 😻Keigetsu, all labels are of this type, so I have to look carefully to recognize it 🤣Tasting sales are still good 😊.

Good evening, Pon-chan. I have been curious about Kaygetsu, but have never had it, so it was a good opportunity for me to taste and choose at my leisure 😊 I also learned about nigori for the first time this time.
