The third sake at Marukoma again.
Coincidentally, since Niigata sake was served in succession, we decided it was time for Fukui sake, so we had "Sari" from the Mouri Shuzo brewery!
A refreshing sweetness with a mellow citrus aroma, while being crisp and clean.
The picture is blurry because I'm getting drunk ((😖))
Thanks to the owner, the second generation and the mother who remember me even though I've been here for a long time_(. _.) _
I'm happy to be able to drink with fresh fish and delicious sake here as always 🎵.

Jive, I like the outside drinking!
I recently had a sari-kan left purple and thought it was a highly complete food sake with citrus freshness and just the right amount of maturity.
Fukui seems to have a lot of young brewers 😁.

Thank you for your comment, Kab.
The Togo area of Fukui City, where the Mouri Sake Brewery is located, is famous locally for its good water and rice, and Hakugakuzen from Yasumoto Sake Brewery in the same area is also highly recommended.
