Here it is today! Shinshu Kamerei Hitogokochi! This is the "Tozawa Revitalization Project by Growing Sake Rice", a crowdfunding project that I participated in last year! In fact, Shinshu Kamerei is doing a lot of things while really thinking about not only the sake but also the local community 😄 Of course, the sake is delicious, but this is also attractive! The aroma is apple and muscat! There's a beautifully polished feel to it, like a top-grade powder. The sweetness is a bit strong at first, and the bitterness is a bit strong. The aftertaste is also moderately delicious but a little rough. After a few days, you can taste the roundness and umami, and the flavor is even better. Sake that can be drunk in a relaxed manner is still delicious!

Hi Sashiu-san 😃 When I can sympathize with the activities of a brewery other than the sake making itself, I suddenly want to support them 🤗Okazaki-san already has too many fans 😆 Kamerei is the best when you drink it calmly 😃.

Jay & Nobby Yes, that's right! Kamerei's sake is of course delicious, but I resonate with their efforts. I also studied community welfare in the past, which made me want to support them even more! Kamerei is a great place to relax and have a drink!

Hi Sashiu😄 I see you participated in the Kurafan again this year😊Dora-chan was going to participate too, but she heard that the draft sake was sold out (although there was fire-added sake), so she decided to quit 😌I can feel your love for Kamerei.

Good evening, Tsubu 😄 Yes, that's right! I participated again this year. It was a rare opportunity to be able to buy! I really think it's great that you are thinking not only about the taste, but also about the community and community development 😊.
