Genzai-san has been the talk of the town in Sakegawa.
I had planned to get it on my trip to the Kanto region, and I was able to get it at the Hasegawa Sake Shop in Nihonbashi 😙.
Polishing ratio 50%.
Alcohol content 15
100% Fukunoka from Aizu
Fukunoka is the first sake brewing rice from Fukushima prefecture.
When the bottle is opened, it makes a nice sound.
It has a gorgeous aroma with a hint of fruitiness and a muscat-like sweetness.
It also has a nice citrusy acidity and a slight bitterness that gives it a nice sharpness 😊.
This is my favorite 😋.
No wonder it's a hot topic.
Fearless is the information network of Sake no Wa 🤔
The combination with the pork belly and radish stew was especially ummah ✨.

Good morning, soumacho!
Genzai-san, I often see you on sakesawa and I was wondering about you too, but your review looks delicious with a good balance of gasiness and citrus 🤤.
I am afraid of the sakewa information! I'm sure you're right 🤗.

Wow, Genzai-san is delicious😇.
My confidence in the sakewa info is only going to increase ✨.
I'm sure they will be releasing it in many different specs in the future, so I look forward to more in the future 😋.
