熊谷 朋之Good evening! (^○^) Today was another sunny day on the coast of Iwate Prefecture. The high temperature exceeded 20 degrees Celsius every day, and the cherry blossoms have finally bloomed. (^^)/ So I opened the "Akabu SAKURA2024" that I purchased at Gin no Sake Kibune. Comment from the brewer ----- This "AKABU SAKURA" was made to resemble cherry blossoms in bloom. The lovely sweetness and sourness gently wrap around and disappear, creating a fleeting beauty as if the cherry blossoms were dancing. The alcohol content is low at 12%, making it easy to enjoy. Why don't you feel the early arrival of spring? ----- The name of the bottle is "SAKURANO". How does it taste? I took a sip with high expectations. Oh, what a beautiful acidity. There is a faint feeling of gas. The balance of sweetness and sweetness is good, and the taste is not gorgeous or sparkling, but rather mild or gentle, and really reminds me of cherry blossoms. It is an exclamation mark for expressing cherry blossoms in sake. It has an alcohol content of 12 degrees, so it doesn't put a burden on the body either (laughs). Before I knew it, the bottle was empty... (^_^; ) My wife was surprised, "Oh my God, you drank all of it? My wife was also surprised. It was very tasty! (^○^)

熊谷 朋之Good morning, Chichi! 😄 It's going to be in full swing in the coastal areas of Iwate Prefecture, but the blooms vary from place to place. The red bamboo was the best, as it was inspired by SAKURA and beautifully done that way! 👍
