bouken
Purchased at Daisou as well as Shunshin.
Mai-bijin has an image of a very sour, interesting and strong sake, which I drank only once in the past.
It only says "Junmai" but it is a 40% polished Daiginjo specs, and although it doesn't say so, it is said to be a draft sake. I knew it was very sour because I tasted it. I thought it was dried plums. I thought it was a dried plum.
It's like Pocari or grapefruit. I know it's not to everyone's taste, but I personally love it.

Hello Nemuchi 😃
It's so sour you'll get sick if you drink it by itself 😁.
I hope you will try it if you are a strong sake freak 🤣.
