100% Omachi from Okayama Prefecture
The aroma is gorgeous, with a citrusy acidity that is characteristic of Kangiku from the umami of the rice 😊.
The sake has a beautiful quality with the juiciness typical of Omachi, and it is very good 😋.
A good start to the new year 🍶.
I can also taste the sweetness, but I think it's rather moderate due to the fire-roasting process 🤔.
My parents and siblings and their families gathered here, so I am presenting sake well 😇.
