The family had a year-end party at the end of the year! The aroma is like muscat with a hint of woody oak flavor. The aroma has a hint of wooden vat and a muscat-like flavor. It also has a nice sharpness. Overall, this is a beautiful sake with a quintessential Shinmasa flavor!
This sake is perfect for the end of the year.
