I compared it with Kenkun Ichi.
Sairai, which has recently started to be sold at a nearby liquor store.
The first sip is as umami as Kenkunichi, but it has a more modern taste with a strong lactic acidity.
The manager of RIKI says that Sairai is a generic version of Daimine.
I understood it somehow when I drank it.
