Off-line meeting of Sake-no-wa Kansai Branch @ Sake Hall Masuya
I was looking forward to drinking kan sake....or heated sake, since kan-san is right in front of me 😁.
Kiryoyoshi.
It's a local brand from Hata Sake Brewery in Ojiro.
It is a junmai spec, but they treat it as a regular sake because it is made with Yamada-nishiki, which is a very rare type of sake.
Lukewarm? It wasn't that hot.
It's a classic type of sake, but with a sweet and sour taste.
It's junmai spec, but it's made with out-of-spec rice, so it seems to be treated as a regular sake. Mr. Sakeran said it tastes good warmed up or cooled down.
I wonder if it's different at room temperature.
A bottle of 2145 yen is very inexpensive.
It was made in February 2009 and shipped in March 2010, but I didn't feel any sense of aging.

ポンちゃん
Good evening, bouken!
I like the heated sake in the middle, it's a nice change of pace! It was delicious😊and made the next cold sake taste even better😊👍

Good evening, Ponchan 😊.
I was curious to try the Kyokashinou because it's very rare.
It was delicious but I felt something was missing and went for cold sake again 🤣.

ルテルテミ
Good evening, bouken😄.
I picked a sake cup, took a picture of it and sure enough, it looks like I was drinking this sake. But I have no memory of it 😂.

Good evening, Mr. Luteltemi 😃.
It was good, but may not be as memorable as other drinks because it has less impact compared to other drinks😅.
