When the bottle is opened, it is very smooth and gaseous.
Moderate gassiness
Slightly sweet apricot-like aroma
The gently fruity aroma, fresh sweetness, and rice umami that you sense on the first sip, spread out with a slight tanginess, and are quickly quenched by a moderate acidity and a slight bitterness.
It has a unique aroma with a hint of vanilla. The acidity and bitterness are well integrated, and it is good as a stand-alone sake or as a food lover's sake.
After the second day, the aroma changes from vanilla to a rummy aroma. The overall impression is mellow and even more delicious.
It went well with fried shrimp, karaage, chikuwa isobe-age, crab cream croquette, and ham cutlet.

pyonpyon, you have been releasing a lot of summer sake recently! It's still cold here in the mornings and evenings in short sleeves, so the products are out of sync with the season, but I drink them regardless (lol).
