Miinokotobuki純米吟醸 山田錦 大辛口 +14
まつちよ
I was having a drink at my favorite bar last night when I saw bouken's post about Pon-chan, and a familiar tanuki was the newest addition to the bar.
I was going to take the first picture and post it saying "I had a long-awaited sakidake with Pon-chan 😆" but alas 😔.
I had it cold 🍶.
The first aroma is slightly sweet?
It has a slight sweetness of fully fermented type and amino acid taste on the palate.
It's so sharp 😅.
I was so distracted by Pon-chan that I forgot to take a picture of the well-known back label, but it was delicious 🍶✨.
The second photo is the main house of Mitsui no Kotobuki, which I visited on a recent trip to Fukuoka.
It is located in the middle of a peaceful countryside.
The brewery is only open for tours during events, and there is no store or tastings, so unfortunately I just looked around and that was it 😌.

Hello, Matsuchiyo 😃
Whenever I see a Shigaraki ware raccoon dog, I always think "Pon-chan" or "Pon-chan"! I'm sure if you had seen this post, you would have laughed and commented 🥺.

Hello bouken 🌞.
I was expecting Pon-chan's comment 😌.
I'm sorry to hear that, but I'm not going to do social networking if it makes me feel bad.
