This time it is Toutou, from Kihotsuru. It is a sake from Saga Prefecture. It is a new mizu-hashiroshi sake from Kihotsuru, which we met at a recent sake festival at Osaka Takashimaya. It is served cold. The color is a light yellow. The nose has a mildly sweet, greenish aroma of melon, peach, and banana. The mild mouthfeel is smooth and smooth, with a round peachy fruity flavor, a freshness with a rummy feel, and a calm umami flavor. There is something nice about the balance between the gentle volume and the thick astringency behind it. When heated up, When heated, the plump, banana-like sweetness is enhanced, and the astringency is well balanced and delicious. We recommend it to those who don't usually warm up their sake, as it is easy to drink. Although it was released in June, it is perfect for now when the heat has finally settled down. The astringent flavor goes well with autumnal foods. As expected of Maru's sake. I can't stop drinking it without stopping 🤣.

Hi Miss Peco, ☀️ I also drank Kifotsuru's Toutoutou! I had the impression that it was rather refreshing, while still having the Kifotsuru-like character. I didn't keep a record of it, so I might be mistaking it for another Kifotsuru, lol. Kifotsuru 🫶.
