Kumakichi
Comparison of Sairai and Bunraku from Kitaishi Shuzo, a sake brewery in Saitama Prefecture that was a favorite of mine.
I had drunk Sairai many times, but this was my first time to drink Bunraku.
They are from the same brewery, so they seem to be similar in taste, but they are different in aspect.
Bunraku is less gaseous than Sairaku and less sweet, with a bitter sweetness like grapefruit and a lingering acidity that is pleasant.
Rice polishing ratio: 50%.
Alcohol content: 16%.

Good morning, kumakichi😊.
I am interested in Bunraku vs Sairaku. I've had both and thought maybe they were the same, similar atmosphere, but they're not 😀.

Good morning Harry Sakeboy!
I happened to be able to compare the drinks with similar origami so I could feel the different parts, but I liked them both.
